Yoga Basics at Home Many of us are drawn to yoga to loosen tight shoulders, relieve backache, or gain core strength, which are all very important. But I believe we all yearn for a relationship with something greater than our physical bodies. The longer I have practiced hatha yoga and meditation the more I am drawn to the peace of mind I feel at the end of a practice.

This CD is made up of 7 sequences to give you a basic understanding of alignment, flexibility, strength and breath. Begin this practice in the order I have laid out to get an overall understanding of my style and cues. Once you are familiar with the tracks, feel free to design your own practice sequence. Namaste’
